The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) small business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) from National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) is a 10-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements.
