TechnaLink, Inc. (TechnaLink), a woman-owned IT services firm, announced today that the company was awarded a position on the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partner Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) contract.

CMS SPARC is a $25 Billion, 10-year IDIQ vehicle established by CMS to provide IT professional services in the following services categories:
Initiation, Concept, and Planning Services

  • Requirements Services
  • Design Services
  • Development Services
  • Test Services
  • SCA Services
  • IV&V Services
  • Maintenance Services
  • SPARC Support Services
  • Data Request Services

The SPARC vehicle provides the broadest opportunity to acquire innovative, cost-effective and efficient solutions for meeting the mission and procurement-level objectives of stakeholders across CMS and HHS.
