The ONIX Other Transaction Authority (OTA) is an exclusive, DOGE-approved rapid acquisition vehicle that enables federal agencies to procure solutions outside the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Through Technalink’s participation, agencies gain direct, protest-free access to qualified technology and service providers, eliminating the delays, competition, and restrictions of traditional procurement.
