As the Founder and CEO of Technalink, Inc., she has built a thriving technology enterprise, establishing herself as a trailblazer in innovation and conscious leadership.

Beyond her corporate role, Alka is a sought-after keynote speaker at global conferences, where she shares her expertise in entrepreneurship, leadership, and STEM. A passionate advocate for youth empowerment, she serves as a board member of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), inspiring and guiding the next generation of entrepreneurs.

An accomplished author, Alka wrote The OM Factor, which received the prestigious Bronze Medal at the Axiom Business Book Awards, recognized as one of North America’s Best Business Books of 2016.
