Such assets may include databases, documents, policies, and procedures. 

Technalink recognizes that knowledge and information are essential assets for any organization.  Knowledge must be accurately captured and made available so it can be properly used by others in the organization.  The movement to replicate information in order to become beneficial starts with a rich, deep, and open communication of information access.

Technalink believes in three stages that make up Knowledge Management.  These include:

First Stage: Information Technology- Using IT and its advancements to deploy and effectively enable information and knowledge sharing.

Second Stage: Human Resources and Corporate Culture- Corporate culture and human factors must be addressed in order to encourage information and knowledge sharing.

Third Stage: Taxonomy and Content Management- Realizing the importance of content and the retrievability of content along with the arrangement, description and structure.
