Benefits

Paid Time Off

Eligible employees are provided with paid time off that begins accruing on their date of hire. PTO is accrued at a rate of 1.25 days per month up to a maximum of 15 days per year. You may carry over up to 5 days of unused PTO from one year to the next. Employees must seek approval from their immediate supervisor before taking time off.

Paid Holidays

Technalink offers 10 paid holidays per year. Seven being standard holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day) and three of these are floating holidays to be used at the employee's discretion.

Health/Dental/Vision Insurance

Technalink offers active full-time employees coverage on our health, dental and vision plan effective on their start date provided the enrollment form has been completed and submitted to Technalink. Employees who do not enroll within a week after their start date must wait until open enrollment to begin coverage.

Tuition Reimbursement

All active full-time employees of Technalink who have been with the company for 1 year are eligible to participate in the program. Courses must be pre-approved, and are eligible for approval if the content is related to the employee's present position and/or considered to be of value to the employee's future development with the company and/or required by the company to improve employee performance. A course approval form must be completed and signed off on before the employee enrolls in the course. Upon completion of an approved course, the employee must submit the Reimbursement request form and include evidence of payment of covered costs and grades or report cards showing satisfactory completion. Technalink will reimburse the employee based on the following conditions:

  • The maximum annual reimbursement limit is $2000.00 per year, per employee
  • The percent of reimbursement will be 100% for a grade of A, 80% for a grade of B, and 50% for a grade of C
  • If employment with Technalink is terminated for performance, violations of company rules, misconduct or if a voluntary resignation occurs prior to 12 months following the completion date of the course(s), then you must reimburse Technalink for any assistance received.

401k Plan

Technalink offers its employees the opportunity to participate in a 401k Plan, upon your date of hire, which enables you to contribute pre-tax earnings to a retirement savings plan. Employees may contribute from 1-10% of their salary on a pre-tax basis through automatic payroll deductions. Technalink in conjunction with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter offers you different investment options so you are able to develop a portfolio that meets your individual needs.
